The brief
Intercom’s Sales Team asked us to develop a custom gift that would empower them to find strategic opportunities and strengthen relationships, fitting their overall theme of “Grow With Us”.
Our gift solution
We know that, in order to be effective, a sales tool needs to be simple, thoughtful and memorable. It also needs to represent the company’s values on every level, which is why we wanted to make sure this gift was sustainable, and ideally made by a small business.
After presenting a range of options that fit the brief, we worked to develop the gift that Intercom loved the most. We partnered with a small, Black-owned business in L.A. to develop a hand-made, fully branded scented candle with custom packaging to deliver an engaging message and instantly recognizable design.
Beyond the wordplay and visual impact, the packaging was an integral part of the messaging for this campaign: the box, when planted, grows into a host of beautiful wildflowers that help to support biodiversity.
